Refund Policy

Luxury Industrial Studio Leeds is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process that aligns with the core principles of Airbnb’s refund policy.

1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Guests may cancel their reservation at any time, but refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the check-in date:

2. Host-Initiated Cancellations

If Luxury Industrial Studio Leeds must cancel a confirmed reservation due to maintenance, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • Guests will receive a 100% full refund, including all fees.

  • We may assist in recommending alternative accommodations, but are not obligated to rebook.

3. Extenuating Circumstances

Guests may qualify for a full refund regardless of the cancellation window if they are unable to travel due to a verified Extenuating Circumstance, including:

  • Serious illness or injury

  • Government travel restrictions or advisories

  • Natural disasters or severe weather

  • Death of the guest or an immediate family member

Proof (such as medical certificates or government advisories) must be provided. We reserve the right to request documentation and deny refunds if the situation does not meet the outlined criteria.

4. Issues During Stay (Eligible Refund Requests)

Guests may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • The property is not as described (e.g., major amenities missing, unsafe conditions).

  • There is no access to the property (e.g., incorrect check-in instructions).

  • There are significant cleanliness or safety issues not resolved in a reasonable time.

Guest Responsibility:
Guests must report issues within 24 hours of discovery and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve them. Failure to report or cooperate may affect refund eligibility.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Any third-party booking or payment platform (if used) may have their own processing timeline.

6. No Refund Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Weather conditions (unless extreme and classified under extenuating circumstances)

  • Personal scheduling conflicts or change of mind

  • Dislike of décor, neighborhood, or layout (if accurately represented)

  • Early departure for non-emergency reasons
