Would recommend.Verified Stayed at the property while I was in Leeds for a conference at the university and it is a perfect location, only 15 minutes walk from the campus. Everything was exactly as described, extremely clean, and the property has a range of amenities and gadgets that make staying there a pleasure. More than that, the host was wonderful, very friendly, and extremely responsive. On one night I had an issue with the kettle blowing a fuse and he responded to my message immediately and even replaced the kettle that evening, within half an hour of the problem being raised. I highly recommend this property and will hope to stay here again when I am next in Leeds.Verified Myself and my girlfriend loved our stay at the property, the owner was super helpful with recommendations of stuff to do in the local area as well as checking we were okay once checked in. Their communication was clear and quick with any questions we had being answered no more than 20 minutes after they were asked. The property was very clean and felt very homely from the moment we got there with complimentary milk and chilled water in the fridge and some shampoo for the shower in case we had forgot ours. Host was responsive to our communications and provided basic provisions such as tea, coffee pods, milk and water bottles (plus shower gel) which was appreciated.
