House Rules

NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES.
1. Registered Guests Only:
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.
- The booking platform will be notified
- The booking may be cancelled without a refund
2. No Visitors:
Unauthorized guests may result in a penalty fee of £70 /or termination of the reservation without a refund.
CCTV / Security Cameras:
For the safety of our guests and property, there is a door camera at the entrance and exterior CCTV covering the outside of the building.
- These cameras are in place for security, to monitor arrivals and departures, and to help prevent unauthorised guests.
- There are no cameras inside the property.
3. NO DRUGS, ZERO TOLERANCE
The use or possession of drugs is strictly forbidden. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Cannabis/weed / THC vapes
- Nitrous oxide (NOS) / balloons
- Illegal substances or misuse of prescription drugs
If this rule is breached:
- The reservation will be terminated immediately with no refund.
- A £70 deep cleaning and disposal fee will be charged only if drugs are used or left in the property
- Security may be contacted to remove occupants from the building if required
- The incident will be reported to the police and the relevant booking platform
Security & Monitoring
For the safety of our guests, neighbours, and property, security measures are in place, including a door camera and exterior CCTV covering the outside of the building.
- These monitor arrivals and departures and help prevent unauthorised activity
- There are no cameras inside the property
This is a respectful home in a quiet building with family residents Please treat it that way.
4. Penalty for Unauthorized Guests:
If unauthorized guests are found, a fee of £70 per person, per night will be charged.
5. Safety and Insurance:
Unauthorized guests are not covered under our property’s insurance policy and may pose safety risks.
6. Immediate Eviction:
The host reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately if unauthorized guests are discovered, without refund.
7. Respect for Neighbors and Property:
Unauthorized guests can disrupt the property’s capacity, neighbors, and environment. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to these rules for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
8. Checkout Time – 10:00 AM (STRICT)
Please ensure you check out by 10:00 AM. Our cleaners are scheduled shortly after, and any delay affects their next jobs and results in extra costs for us.
Late checkouts over the checkout time will strictly be charged a £30 fee, so we kindly ask guests to leave on time to avoid this.
