Cancellation Policy

At Luxury Industrial Studio Leeds, we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to both guests and our hosting operations. Please review our cancellation terms before booking your stay.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to direct bookings made via our website or email.

Less Than 48 Hours Before Check-inIf you cancel within 48 hours of check-in, there is no refund.
7 Days or Less Before Check-inIf you cancel within the 7 days before check-in, you get a 50% refund (provided it is not within the 48 hours period of your check-in).
More Than 7 Days Before Check-inEven if you cancel earlier than a week, you will still get a 50% refund.

2. Early Departure

If you decide to leave before your scheduled check-out date:

  • No refund will be issued for the remaining unused nights.

3. Extenuating Circumstances

In line with Airbnb-style flexibility, we understand that unexpected events can occur. You may cancel with a full refund under certain verified extenuating circumstances, including:

  • Serious illness or injury
  • Travel restrictions due to government orders
  • Natural disaster or severe weather
  • Death in the immediate family

You must provide verifiable documentation (e.g., doctor’s note, death certificate, official travel notice) within 48 hours of cancellation. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually.

4. Host Cancellations

In rare cases where Luxury Industrial Studio Leeds must cancel your reservation:

  • A 100% full refund will be issued, including all service and cleaning fees.
  • We will notify you immediately and, if possible, assist you in finding alternate local accommodations.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking by contacting us via:

Please include your name, check-in date, and reason for cancellation in the email subject or body.

6. Processing Time

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Delays may occur depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Important Notes

  • All timeframes are based on the local time zone of the property (UK time).
  • Cancellation fees may apply if payments were made through a third-party platform.
