Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking with a full refund in case of unavailability or technical error.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must maintain the property in a clean and respectful condition.
Any damages caused by guests during the stay may be subject to additional charges.
Smoking and parties are not allowed unless explicitly stated.
