These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and rental services provided by Luxury Industrial Studio Leeds, a trading name of Din Manor Residences Ltd.

By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. A legally binding contract is formed once a booking is confirmed.

1. Services Offered

We offer short-stay accommodation from 1 to 30 nights.
Stays longer than 14 nights may require an additional agreement.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payments

• Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking, as specified during checkout.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may include taxes and service fees
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received
• We may cancel a booking and provide a full refund if there is an error or unavailability.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must:
  Maintain the property in a clean and respectful condition
• Follow the full House Rules
• Reimburse the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused.
• Only registered guests listed on the booking may stay overnight.

Strictly No:

• Smoking
• Parties or events
• Visitors
• Pets

5. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late check-outs may incur additional fees

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries due to misuse or failure to follow instructions
• External events beyond our control (e.g., power outage, weather)

Guests stay at their own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Privacy

Personal data (including ID verification, where required) is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
Uploaded ID is securely deleted within 48 hours after checkout.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be settled in UK courts.

9. Right Of Access

We may access the property in an emergency or for essential maintenance with reasonable notice.
